Professional School Counseling Program Mission Statement The mission of the South Winneshiek Community School District Professional Counseling Program is to assist and ensure that every student achieves his or her level of educational excellence (attitude, skills, and knowledge) in the areas of academic, career, and personal/social development through a collaborative partnership with students, family, educators, and community. It is our mission to promote achievement, attendance, behavior and/or school safety in our district by removing institutional and environmental barriers, close achievement and opportunity gaps and ensure access, equity and success for all students.
