Franklin County Public Health - Immunization Clinics

Required childhood immunizations are available to those who have no insurance for a $15.00 fee per shot. However, uninsured children will not be turned away due to the inability to pay.

For information on the new immunization requirements, click here.

Regularly scheduled clinics are held at 11 different locations, throughout Franklin County, every month. Four additional evening and weekend clinics will also be offered this fall to assure students aren't excluded from school.

Appointments are required at all of the Franklin County Public Health clinics. Appointments may be scheduled by visiting or calling (614) 525-3719. Please bring the child's shot record, parent's photo ID and insurance card (if applicable).

Cash or check, Medicaid, Caresource, Buckeye Paramount, UnitedHealthCare, Molina and Anthem BC/BS plans are accepted.
