Special Olympics

Our first practice is Tuesday, Nov. 5 for basketball and cheerleading in the Nest from 5pm - 6pm.  More information will be given out at practice along with a calendar. 

All athletes must have an up-to-date physical on file on the Special Olympics Ohio physical form.  I will have copies or I can       e-mail a physical form to you.

Participation Requirement: Participation in any student led club/activity is not permitted until a signed Parent/Guardian Permission & Acknowledgement Form has been submitted (new 2025). This requirement is consistent with district expectations for athletics and other extracurricular programs.
