How to Use the Tool

 

  • Write down the most frequently required tasks for you as an online instructor. You will find out where your time goes.

  • Use the Action Logs to organize the To Do Lis.

  • Prioritize tasks listed on Action Logs by puting the number for each tasks.

  • Refer to Task Priority Matrix (Scroll down to view Figure 1)

  • Adjust your marked priority on Action Logs according to the matrix. 

  • Sort by priority in Excel (Highlight all columns and choose Sort in Data menu).

  • FInd job aids, tools and other resources to improve your effectiveness and save your time.
