Description: The Downtown H.B. Business Association and the H.B. Restaurant Association jointly host Surf City Nights, an event designed to invite the local residents of H.B. to experience the wonderful restaurants and shopping opportunities available in the new, revitalized downtown.  Three whole blocks of Main Street are blockaded for this weekly event with a farmer’s market, street venders, face painting, musicians, & various entertainers.  If you would like to inquire about performing at Surf City Nights, or selling food or other items, please contact The H.B.
