Superior High School 1-1 Laptop Program

The School District of Superior has put in place a 1-1 laptop program at the High School for all students in grades 9-12.  With this program every student is issued a laptop at the beginning of 9th grade and will have access to that laptop for their 4 school years at SHS. Each incoming student, along with their parents, are required to attend policy and procedure training before they are allowed to take the laptop home.  Each year parents and students are required to complete a 1-1 contract and submit a $25 payment to have 24/7 access to the computer.  If the contracts or payments are not submitted the student will still be allowed to have computer access during the school day.   Each year laptops are handed out in August, a mid-year check-in takes place in January and the laptops are turned in at the end of May or beginning of June to be cleaned and updated over the summer.
