posted Mar 3, 2011, 12:59 AM by Tristan Teh

Our AGM (Annual General Meeting) will be held Thursday 10/3/2011 at 6:15pm at the Ground Floor of The Arena, Sydney University. We will head out to dinner after the meeting.

The time has come to say goodbye to the old exec and welcome in a new exec - this is where you can have your say in who runs the club and represents your interests this year.

This is also the time when YOU can step up and do something for the club - by running for the available positions:

  • President
  • Vice president(s) (at least one from the Cheer squad)
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Cheer rep
  • Mag rep
  • Wag rep
  • Fresher rep
  • Social Officer
  • Safety Officer

The position descriptions are attached. Please consider taking on a role.

NOTE: ATTENDANCE BY CLUB MEMBERS IS EXPECTED. POOR OUTCOMES RESULT FROM POOR ATTENDANCE.

Gym classes for Semester 2 have been published but are subject to change. There are rumours of 2 more classes being added, but for the moment, they are just rumours. Please check back over the coming week.

A Bake Sale has been scheduled for Thursday 12, August (Week 3). Please pass the word around!

The next Club Meeting will be held on Thursday 26, August.

And that's what you missed last night on Glee.
