Mark Your Calendars ... the New Student Planning is Coming Soon. 

What is Student Planning? Student Planning is an exciting and much needed upgrade to the current academic planning, advising and registration system in WebAdvisor. Student Planning was successfully rolled out to first year freshmen this past fall with much enthusiasm.

Students... if you have future courses already planned in WebAdvisor, in preparation for the switch, your educational plans should be viewed, a screen shot taken and saved NOW! These classes will need to be re-entered into Student Planning, as old plans do not carry over. This can either be done under Smart Registration (under Registration) or My Educational Plan (under Academic Profile). Academic Planning, Advising and Registration will no longer be available in WebAvisor March 3rd, so please make sure you have a copy of your educational plan saved by March 2nd.

Student Planning training sessions for students are set for:

March 4th .... 3:00 - 3:50 in Armstrong Auditorium .... Performance Forum Students encouraged to attend
March 5th .... 2:30 - 3:15 in Stimpson Auditorium, HHH
March 6th .... 6:00 - 7:00pm in Hester Auditorium, Henkel Hall
March 16th .... 2:15 - 3:00 in Hester Auditorium, Henkel Hall

Please plan on attending one of these sessions.

FINAL GRADES

Professors are now able to enter grades on WebAdvisor. All final grades are due 3 business days after final exam.!!!



INCOMPLETE GRADES

If an incomplete grade is being assigned, please fill out an "Incomplete Grade Contract". You can pick up this form in the Registrar's Office, or for an electronic copy of this form click on the underlined text.
