Superintendent's Message


The Board of School Directors conducted their annual     evaluation of District Superintendent, Dr. Pamela R. Dye, on September 24, 2018 for the 2017-18 school year. She has 
met each of the following performance standards:  Student Growth and Achievement, Organizational Leadership,     District and Financial Management, Communication and Community Relations, Human Resource Management and Professionalism at the distinguished and proficient level.          

Welcome to the 2018-2019 school year!  I am pleased to introduce my leadership team:  Mrs. Dutchcot, Business Manager, Mr. Armburger, Director of Technology, Mr. Close, Director of Transportation, Mr. Billingsley, Director of Buildings and Grounds, Mrs. Phipps, Director of Student Support Services, Mr. Forster, principal at Sandycreek and Victory, Mr. Canfora, principal of Central, Dr. Cohlhepp, principal of Franklin JR/SR High School, Mr. Svolos, assistant principal of Franklin JR/SR and Mr. Thomas Holoman, assistant principal of Franklin JR/SR High School.  We strive to make your child’s educational experience the best it can be.

It is my strong belief that we must educate the whole child.  In order to accomplish this, we must all work together.  I am confident that we can make this happen.  At Franklin, we believe ALL students can learn.
