PVHS Career Center

Mary Johnson, Career Center Coordinator
Office hours: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

The Career Center, located in the Guidance Office, has a wealth of information for researching careers, colleges and post-secondary training programs, scholarships, and financial aid that parents and students can access.

Students can come in during their study halls or eighth period to use information or they can make an appointment to meet with Mrs. Johnson.  Parents can call the Career Center at 563-332-5151 x 5127 or email Mary Johnson.

PVHS provides opportunities to job shadow during a student's junior and senior years.  All Economic students are encouraged to job shadow during the semester of Economics. A few classes require job shadows as a part of the coursework.  ALL students who are interested in setting up their own job shadow during the school day must get permission from the Career Coordinator BEFORE arranging the job shadow.

More information about colleges, apprenticeships, military, job information and careers at the PVHS Career Center Facebook or Twitter (@PVHSCareerCtr) pages.
