Entrance Interview
If you intend on taking Federal Financial Aid you will need to complete an Entrance Interview and a Master Promissory Note. Please email the Office of Financial Aid to obtain the forms.

Academy students may apply for both Federal Stafford loans (Unsubsidized loans) & Graduate Plus Loans. Our direct lending code is G26001.

Federal Direct Student Loan (unsubsidized) Amount: Up to $10,250/semester File FAFSA*, complete Master Promissory Note (MPN) and Entrance Loan Counseling
Graduate students with or without financial need Interest: Fixed, 5.84% (1.068% fee)
Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan Amount: Up to the cost of education less aid received File FAFSA, and student complete PLUS Master Promissory Note and PLUS Loan application
Graduate students with financial need Interest: Fixed, 6.84% (4.272% fee)

Post 9/11 GI Bill
The New York Academy of Art is a VA approved institution. Eligible military veterans can learn more at the GI Bill website.
