Eating and Drinking

• • use a spoon to scoop food onto my plate

  • feed myself (using a fork and spoon)

  • drink from a cup without a lid and straw

Be Independent

• • use the toilet without assistance

  • practice pushing down and pulling up my clothing to use the toilet (including shorts that are under a dress/skirt).

  • rest for 45 minutes 

  • put on and take off my backpack without help

  • put on my jacket and take it off by myself

  • put on my tennis shoes and velcro the strap (unless I know how to tie my laces)

  • walk up and down stairs without help
