Fourth Grade

• Fact Fluency

  1. Multiplication fact tables 0-10 memorized

  2. Be able to add 3-digit numbers

  3. Able to subtract 3-digit numbers, including those where regrouping is necessary

• Handwriting: Neat and legible writing that fits on lines and are distinct from other words

• Writing: Able to write a paragraph (4-5 sentences) that uses complete sentences, proper capitalization, and punctuation

• Reading Fluency: Practice reading out loud and not just in your head

• Listening to directions

• Focus on tasks for at least 15 minutes at a time

• Working with others without arguing

• Advocating for themselves when they don't understand directions, content, or how to navigate social situations

Students will have access to ClassLink throughout the summer using their Google email and password.

Math Magician allows students to practice their math facts through timed testing. 

Khan Academy provides students with opportunities to practice previous grade level skills as well as get a step-up into the upcoming grade level skills.
