A Peek at Our Week
We have had a super busy week preparing for our chapel and all things Christmas. We have been reading many versions of The Gingerbread Man, Boy, Bear, Baby, etc. This is a great story to teach sequencing, comparing and contrasting, and so much more. In our phonograms we are over half way through our 2-3 letter phonograms. Don't forget to practice these and sight words often and for some cuties daily.
In math we are adding and subtracting by one this week.
In our bible story this week, we learned about the birth of Jesus and what a sight it must of been!
Please don't forget to label all jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies, and sweaters:)))
Please don't forget to practice chapel parts this weekend!!!
We had some Kindness Elves Holly and Candy Cane join us this week with challenges each day for us to share kindness with other (clean up/pic up toys, make cards for neighbors, share kindness with other teachers and staff, etc.)
Soon we will be building gingerbread houses. We are in need of some supplies. Please let me know if you can bring/send these items in by this Wednesday. If you would like to help assemble the houses we will do so Friday morning at 9:00.
