Welcome to our Journey to Lutherhaus, the home of Martin Luther founding father of the Lutheran church.  The Journey to Lutherhaus Walking Program encourages congregations to be active and healthy in body, mind and spirit. This program gives you the opportunity to record the physical miles you walk and the spiritual miles you complete. Our Journey starts Sept 15th.

 We are so excited to Journey to Lutherhaus together! We hope that if you are already physically active, this program will help you increase your activity level. If you are not used to being active, no problem! We pray that this program will help you start gradually. Make it your goal to reach a level of being physically active for at least 20 minutes, 3 or more times per week. 

As we celebrate our 150th anniversary, consider the goal of 150 minutes per week of physical activity. Watch for more information on ways to work up to this goal in the coming weeks.  On Sunday November 3rd during our fellowship time, we plan to report our progress and celebrate our journey together.  Please plan to join us for this celebration!
