Khalifah group research overview:

The Khalifah group carries out the design, synthesis, structural characterization, and properties characterization of functional materials, primarily targeting compounds with applications for batteries, solar water splitting, electrocatalysts, and other emerging energy technologies. More details about the science in this group can be found in the Research page.  The PI has a joint appointment between Stony Brook University and Brookhaven National Laboratory, and maintains laboratory space at both institutions.
