  • RE-OPENING OF OUR CHURCHES 


    Our Churches have reopened for Mass and other Religious Services.  In keeping with Government guidelines a MAXIMUM OF 50 PEOPLE can be accommodated at public Mass and Religious Services.

    As with previous reopening for services, the following protective measures continue to apply:-

    ·         Please sanitise your hands when entering and exiting the Church.

    ·         2m social distancing guidelines adhered to (members of the same household can sit/stand close together.

    ·         Wearing of face coverings.

    ·         Please sanitise your hands before receiving Holy Communion.

    ·         Fixed collection point for parish collection.

    ·         Separate point for entry and exit.

    ·         No congregation by people outside the Church, before or after any service.

    ·         Stewards will be available in both Churches to assist.


    The obligation to attend Mass on Sundays and Holy Days remains suspended, and every person should consider carefully if returning to collective worship is the safe and appropriate step for them at this time.  Masses will continue to be streamed live on the Parish webcams. Please be reassured that our Churches are a welcome and safe place to worship and pray.
