New from our textbook publisher:
The Home Session Plans are located on the Student/Family page of the website.
Written specifically for parents to help them to connect the faith objectives of the chapter to their lived family experience, Home Session Plans offer opportunities for sacred
conversations about family life and enable
families to become in the words of Pope Francis,
"an authentic school of the Gospel."

  •  A simple, short preparation section provides a chance for reflection and presents session objectives
  • The practice of Scripture reflection begins each session, teaching parents the need for Scripture to be at the heart of the home
  • Practical opportunities prompt authentic conversation, so that parent and child can relate session concepts to their family story
  • A series of "Parents, Consider This" features in each session plan give an adult treatment of doctrine, a reflection on family life that helps parents to understand their words and actions in relationship to both God and others, and/or suggestions for family practices that will build Catholic identity
