About the Teacher

A little about me...

I was born and raised in South Bend. I am a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington and have worked in two area Catholic Schools since graduating. I am beginning my 16th year of teaching art.

I have been married for 14 years to Josh, a Purdue graduate, so needless to say, we have a house divided! We have, an enthusiastic 12 year old daughter, Ava, who is a seventh grader here this year. My 10 year old son, Leo, is a fifth grader.

A few personal preferences...I love spending time with my family camping, walking, bike riding, eating pizza, and going to the Farmer's Market.

I'll do just about anything to get ice cream.

I can't get enough of quaint towns and clearance racks.

I wish fall was a year round season and caramel apples were sold by the bushel. If you would like to volunteer in the art room, please do not hesitate to contact me. Any amount of help is appreciated! Looking forward to meeting you!
