Welcome to 7th Grade! My name is Mr. Uffmann, and I am extremely excited for the 2024-2025 school year!  This will be my 14th year teaching in the Lutheran School system and 9th as part of the SJL family.  I have a passion for teaching, coaching, worshipping, fishing, and spending time with my family.  My wife and I have three beautiful daughters: Kimberly, Jaxsen, and Harper. All three attend St. John's! We are blessed to be a part of this great community.

I earned my BA degree in education through Concordia University-Portland, OR.  I believe each child has the ability to accomplish goals they may feel are impossible.  I am here to help facilitate them in that realization and growth. I am extremely passionate about teaching your children to become strong, resilient, intelligent, and productive Christian individuals.
