As roast- master, since 1985, Greg Stivers has acquired an unrivaled passion to roasting and flavoring.  Stivers Coffee excels in both.  Quite simple, “You call, we roast.”  Maximum freshness , quality and emotional connectivity to the coffee beans are traits successful in the transition of coffee from  "the crop to the cup."


Exotic coffee beans on sensual journeys, from far-away lands, are roasted with meticulous precision in a 12-kilo gas heated drum roaster, manufactured by Probat-Werke.  Traditional artisan methods of roasting are preserved.  Coffee done “the old-fashioned way.”  No burning or scorching of beans and no water-quenching during the cooling process.
