How do I print from club account/against the club's quota?

Club accounts are allocated 1000 print credits, renewed annually, for club use.  To print from the club account, login with the club account and use a Release Station with a keyboard.  The Leadership Lounge (6-130) printer and the color printer (2-100) are equipped with keyboard Release Stations.

Where can I print?

The Leadership Lounge (6-135) printer and the color printer (2-100) are equipped with keyboard Release Stations.

Where can I copy?

The Leadership Lounge (6-135) offers a copier for club use.  Each club is assigned a code by MBA OSE.

Where can I scan?

The IT Helpdesk in Tisch L-100 has a scanner available for your use.

How do I build/update my clubs webpage?

Club web pages are hosted in CampusGroups.   For information on managing club websites, see section 7, "Website", on page 20 of the CampusGroups Get Started Officers Guide.

How do I take attendance at an event?

Club events are managed in CampusGroups.  CampusGroups offers the option to record attendance at club event using a laptop or smartphone with the CampusGroups app installed.   For more information on how to use the attendance feature, see section 5, "Events", pages 16 - 17 in the CampusGroups Get Started Officers guide.  

How do I pass on relevant information to future club leaders?

The club account's Google Drive account offers unlimited storage and is a good place to store information and documentation to transition to future club leadership and ensure continuity for the club.
