Plans are underway for the 2022 PSCS Radio Summit.  Please advise any of the planning committee members if you have ideas for speakers, topics of discussion, or sponsorship potential.  The dates of the 2022 Summit will be May 4th and 5th, 2022.  We're planning to have the event in person along with a virtual option for those unable to travel.  More details will be forthcoming.

January 2021 Resilience Sessions with Dr. John Nicoletti
The PSCS Outreach and Education Working Group was pleased to host well-known Public Safety Psychologist, Dr. John Nicoletti in a series of, 'fireside chats," on Resilience.  Since not everyone was able to attend these events, here is a recording of one of the sessions.

2020 PSCS Radio Summit CANCELED!
Out of an abundance of caution and for the protection and safety of our highly valued and loyal participants and sponsors, we regret to inform you that the 2020 Public Safety Radio Summit scheduled for May 6th & 7th has been canceled.  With the Summit scheduled just a short 7-weeks out and the uncertainty of what the future holds during this state of emergency, the Summit Planning Committee made the tough decision this morning to cancel.
The Emery Reynolds Lifetime Achievement Award, the Career Achievement and the Event Achievement Awards will be presented to the award winner(s) at a later date when it becomes safe to congregate for a meeting.
We are working through the process for refunds for paid registrations. More will follow on that in a later communication.  We greatly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we hope to see you at the 2021 Summit!
We will be reaching out to presenters and sponsors individually to ensure they are advised of this change in plans.

The Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies has issued it's final recommendations on whether or not the PSCS should sunset in 2019, or be continued.  Their recommendation is to continue the subcommittee, and that recommendation will be presented to the next session of the Colorado Legislature in early 2019.  Here's a copy of their reviews of various subcommittees.
