CDHS Selects Veterans Community Living Center - Fitzsimons Administrator

Greg Ryan, Veterans Community Living Center - Fitzsimons Administrator
September 23, 2015 (Denver) –The Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) has selected Greg Ryan as Veterans Community Living Center –Fitzsimons Administrator. 

Greg Ryan has been with the Veteran’s Community Living Center -Fitzsimmons as the Assistant Nursing Home Administrator since June 2014. Greg, who was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army in 2002, has a passion for serving veterans. Greg’s health care background includes experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, and work in long term care, home health and mental health care.

As Administrator at Veteran’s Community Living Center-Fitzsimons, Greg is responsible for planning, organizing, developing and controlling all operations of the 180-bed skilled nursing home.

Acting Office of Community Access and Independence Director Sarah Aurich said, “We are excited that Greg will now serve in this role at Fitzsimons. His leadership will guide continued exemplary care for Colorado’s Veterans delivered with honor and respect to service members that have given so much.” 

Greg is a licensed nursing home administrator and has a Bachelor’s Degree in health administration from St. Petersburg College.
