The Offenders Group is looking for a sex offense specific treatment provider to co-facilitate group sessions, conduct intake appointments, provide individual therapy, and possible offense specific evaluations for convicted adult sex offenders. Group sessions are conducted Monday through Wednesday, varying times between 1:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., requiring qualified individuals to be available to work evening hours. This position is fee for service. SOMB approved candidates preferred but may be willing to train right individual with a Master’s degree or above. Anyone interested in this position who is not already an approved treatment provider should check the Colorado Sex Offender management Board website in order to familiarize yourself with the requirements of becoming an approved sex offense specific treatment provider prior to submitting a resume. Shiloh House Clinician (Longmont)
Applicant must hold a Master's degree in a Health and Human Services field, and have the ability to receive a provisional license through DORA. Experience working with emotionally disturbed adolescents and their families preferred. Current SOMB listing is preferred. Experience in residential, community based outpatient, and offense specific specialization settings is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Individual, Family, and Group Therapy
- Assessment, Diagnosis, Case Conceptualization, and Treatment Planning
- Therapeutic Programming/Milieu Care
- Manage Day Treatment Cases
- Manage RCCF/Outpatient/Offense Specific Cases
- On-Call Rotation
- Individual, Family, and Outpatient therapies may take place in homes and/or in office
- Must be able to schedule sessions with clients based on their scheduling needs
Extra details:
- 1 weekend day; possible evenings
- Office location: Longmont
- Will participate in on-call rotation
- Salaried position, dependent on experience
Additional requirements include the ability to pass a criminal background check, and a valid Colorado driver's license or the ability to obtain one.

Post-Conviction Victim Advocate with the Blue Bench
The Post-Conviction Victim Advocate is responsible for providing outreach and advocacy,
information and referral services for sexual assault victims, their families and other secondary victims whose
offender is under supervised probation in Jefferson County. The Victim Advocate will provide victim
representation on inter-disciplinary teams and in statewide groups. This is a new position subject to change as the
