CO-SHARE: Entry and

Access Request Page

  1. A Google account is required to access the CO-SHARE website (and linked resources). You can use your existing business email to create a Google account, or you can use an existing Google account (e.g. John.Doe@gmail.com). Each user needs their own Google account, the account cannot be shared by the agency. Here are instructions for creating both types of accounts.
  2. Once a Google account is established, you can request access here. Upon submission, an email will be sent to CO-SHARE Administrators to process your request. Administrators will then add your account to the appropriate user group(s), and you will receive a notification.
  3. After your request has been approved, you can enter the site here: https://sites.google.com/state.co.us/co-share/. You must be logged into your Google account to enter. If you are experiencing trouble accessing the website after approval, make sure you are logged out of any other Google accounts on your device.
