A full day Grant Skills Workshop was held on August 5, 2014, from 8:30am – 5:00pm at the Embassy Suites in Loveland to provide training on grant research, writing and management to flood and fire-affected communities. Attendees heard from grant writers, grant managers, foundation representatives and others who shared their expertise, tools and tips and answered questions. An afternoon session provided Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) training for current and future grant recipients.
