The mission of the HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) office is to ensure compliance with
federally mandated security and privacy regulations that relate to health information.


HIPAA training is MANDATORY for all CDHS employees, contractors and interns.  If you do not have access to a computer for the online training, please contact your HIPAA Liaison or the CDHS HIPAA Privacy and Security Officer.
