Mrs. Thomas

When helping your child with anxiety or anger, use the 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 method.
Your child should look around the room and find:
5 things they can see
4 things they can touch
3 things they can hear
2 things they can smell
1 thing they can taste

This method can be found on: http://www.thepathway2success.com/10-mindfulness-activities-you-can-try-today/?utm_medium=social&utm_source=pinterest&utm_campaign=tailwind_tribes&utm_content=tribes&utm_term=276586624_7196494_119112
