Amazon Interest Groups

We studies the different interest groups from the Amazon Rainforest.  Each group wants to do something different with the resources form the rainforest.   Some have some of the same ideas.  Some groups do not agree on anything.  Once we learned about them, we were assigned a group. We pretended to be an advertising firm that needed to create a flyer for that interest group.  Even if we didn't agree with what they wanted to do with the rainforest resources.  I had to work on communicating what the loggers want to do because I do not agree with cutting down trees.  But I realized that I can communicate someone else's point of view for an assignment and not have to agree with them.  It helped me understand why they thought it was a good idea to cut down the trees in the Amazon.
