I am one of the staff members of the Medical Laboratory Science Department/ Halabja Technical College/ Sulaimani Polytechnic University. I have achieved a PhD in Environmental Science (Soil Geochemistry), University of Nottingham, UK, MSc. In Soil Physiochemistry / University Salahaddin-Erbil, Iraq, and BSc in Soil Science / University of Sulaymaniyah. I have published much research in high-ranking Journals.

 I work as the head of the Medical Laboratory Department. Also, I am a reviewer for many international and local journals and serve on the editorial boards for journals. My research interests are in Soil Geochemistry, Environmental Science, Food Chemistry, Dietary intake, Staple Food, and Element Bioavailability
