I am Akram Ahmed Muhammed. 

I was a lecturer at Dukan Technical Institute, & at this time I am at the Technical College of Administration at Sulaimani Polytechnic University.

I received a bachelor's degree from Isfahan University, Iran (1994).

I received my MSc in Accountancy from Imam Khomeini International University, Qazvin, Iran, in 2014.

I gained a doctorate in accounting (PhD in Accounting) from Sulaimani University in 2024.
