I amDr. Abdullah Ahmed Hama, presently holding the tittle of Assistant Professor within the Medical Laboratory Department at the College of Health & Medical Technology, Sulaimani Polytechnic University (SPU). Furthermore, I am entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing Teaching. I earned my undergraduate degree from Salahaddin University College of Science, majoring in Biology. Subsequently, I completed my MSc. at the same institution, focusing on a project that investigated intestinal parasitosis in relation to malnutrition among children.In pursuit of further academic excellence, I obtained my Ph.D. in Molecular and Medical Parasitology through a collaborative program between Zako University and the University of Malaya, spanning the years 2009 to 2013.

Presently, I am an esteemed faculty member and an actively engaged researcher at SPU, contributing to both academic endeavors and the advancement of scientific knowledge through my involvement with the SPU Research group.
