WELCOME TO THE NEW YEAR SENIOR WARRIORS!!!!!!

Hi, I am Stephanie Lander, your 8th grade science teacher. I have a Bachelor's of Science degree from Sam Houston State University (Eat Em Up Kats!) in Education. I have worked for Spring ISD for the last 16 years as a science teacher. I taught at Claughton Middle School for 7 years, Hoyland Elementary for 1 year, and this will be my 8th year at Twin Creeks.

I am a native Texan, born in Harlingen and have attended schools in Katy, Harlingen, Aldine, and Coldspring. I am married and have a daughter and two sons whose ages are 6 (going on 24), 9, and 12 years old.

This year has already been one we will never forget and we are ALL learning new ways of doing things. There are so many things happening in our world that we cannot control, but I want you to know we will get through this together. No matter what form of learning we are doing, I've got your back. All I request is that 1) you don't give up and 2) you ask questions and 3) you keep me in your loop.

This school year will be an adventure and I am so glad I get to experience it with you.
