Behavior Expectations
1. Come to class with all necessary materials.
(This allows ample time for new learning.)
2. Be prepared to learn and to work.
(If you are prepared, then you can learn better.)
3. Raise your hand and wait to be called on before speaking.
(This allows other students to work without disruption.)
4. Follow all school and classroom expectations.
(This will affect the outcome of your day.)
5. Have a positive attitude!!
(It requires too much energy to be negative.)
Discipline Management
1. Verbal warning/Redirect
2. Communication home (phone call and/or email)
3. Written warning
4. Parent conference
5. In-house detention
6. Referral to office
Supportive Feedback to Students
1. Encourage students to behave appropriately
2. Create a positive classroom environment.
3. Recognize student achievement at every opportunity.
