About Me

My name is Cindy Dean. I graduated from Azusa Pacific University in Southern California with both my bachelor's and master's degrees in education. I have been certified to teach ESL (English as a second language) and GT (gifted and talented) students. This is my 11th year in SISD and my 10th year teaching at Cooper Elementary where I have taught Pre-K, Kindergarten and First Grade. I love teaching and watching students learn so much throughout the year. It is my goal to make learning fun and meaningful for all students.

Life Outside School:

I have an awesome husband, two teenaged daughters, and two dogs who keep me very busy during my spare time. :)
