Summary of Classes

4th and 6th: Theater Production: Production, or Advanced Theater is for students who have shown themselves to be exceptional, in there performance area. Plays, television shows, and films are developed, scripted, and performed in this class. Advanced performers will compete in various events around the city including, O.A.P., Renaissance Festival, and HAMSSCA competitions. The entire focus of Tournament, is to prepare these young performers for high school, and beyond.

1st and 5th: Theater Tech: Theater Tech is a class for 7th or 8th grade students, who are interested in learning the behind the scenes aspects of film production, and design. Students use the same types of programs being used as industry standard, and develop projects that showcase the program.

2nd and 3rd: Intro to Theater: Intro is an all 6th grade class, that serves as the foundation for the rest of the program. In this class, 6th graders learn the fundamentals of acting, vocal, dance, and what it means to be a performer in Spring I.S.D..
