About us

The Seacoast Professional Development Center is one of five regional training centers established by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Education to deliver technology based professional development to teachers and staff throughout New Hampshire. The center is currently housed in the Tuck Learning Campus. Our mission is to improve student academic achievement through high quality professional development which enhances curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Through the use of technology the SPDC will provide programs that will be available to educators and community members at any time, at any place, and at any pace. Courses and workshops will focus on three areas of emphasis: data-driven decision-making, e-learning, and implementation of open-source software.
