Welcome back to Term 3. We are looking forward to very exciting term ahead with many different learning opportunities. This term we have the Opera to look forward to as well as more exciting fixtures against other schools on the sporting fields. Our Social Studies unit is "Giving" and our aim is to identify areas of need within our community and to explore ways in which we can give to those less fortunate than ourselves. It should be a reflective unit as we look at how we can give more of ourselves, but will also be a unit where children can prepare an action plan as to how they want to help people within their community. The children have been very enthusiastic about this unit so far and are thoroughly looking forward to getting further involved.
