The Chamber Singers is the premier, auditioned vocal ensemble at Southeast Polk High School. They perform music from every style period and are highly active, performing for a number of school and community events throughout the year. Members of The Chamber Singers are routinely selected for festivals including the Iowa All-State Choir and ISU Honor Choir.

The Women's Chorale is open to any junior or senior female and to sophomores, by audition. Chorale explores a variety of literature for advanced women's choir, both accompanied and a cappella.

The Treble and Bass Clef Choirs are open to any student who is interested in a choral experience at Southeast Polk.

RAMification is the award-winning varsity show choir at SEP. Under the direction of Jamie Logan in 2017, RAM placed 5th at Waukee, 4th at Davenport North's The Big Dance, 3rd at Keokuk, and 3rd at Emmetsburg. In 2018, the group was named Grand Champions at Fort Madison, also being awarded best female soloist, best vocals, and best choreography.

Vocal Gold is the JV show choir and open to any high school female, by audition. "VG" regularly places in the top three of their division. In 2017, VG placed 3rd in the Prep Division at Davenport North's The Big Dance; 1st Place in the Women's Division at Keokuk; and 2nd Place in the Prep Division, along with making finals and finishing 6th Place overall at Emmetsburg. In 2018, VG make finals at Fort Madison and were awarded 4th Runner Up.
