BUILDING A NEW HOME

Many home buyers will make a decision to build a new home instead of buying an existing home. You may not be aware that retaining an Exclusive Buyer's Agent is at NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU.  Builders know what percentage of their sales come from the real estate community and build the cost into their marketing expense.
