Delegation Parking & Parking Pass Pick-Up Instructions

Parking permits for Lot VP 25 are only required for vehicles arriving prior to 5:00pm on Friday, June 22nd.

If you were designated a parking pass, please be sure to park in one of the designated temporary spaces for SONC on the North side (adjacent to the Segundo Dining Commons) of Lot VP 25. 

Use the Temporary Parking Permit you received in the HOD-Coach Packet and place on your dashboard.
 

Those without permits are subject to being towed.  You will then have a 20-minute window to walk over to the main Segundo Area Service Desk to retrieve your permanent parking permit (either from your HOD, or, if you are an HOD or Coach/HOD arriving on Friday), delegation dorm keys, delegation wristbands, and delegation packets.  Delegation credentials and delegation commemoratives (cinch bags, t-shirts, etc.) will be placed in the room of the delegation's HOD(s)/Coach-HOD(s). 

Please note that your permanent permit is only valid in the following lots: VP 25 and the North Entry Structure.  Lot VP 25 is the only location to leave your vehicle overnight.  For those who need permits for Thursday and Friday, there is a separate permit for each day.  If you are a coach, please be sure to contact your HOD before arrival to coordinate the pick-up of your permit as they will have them in their possession.

No additional permits will be distributed outside of the approved request.
