Ohio principals or their designees who are new to the roster verification process should plan on participating in one of the application training sessions being offered this spring. One of these trainings will be held at SOITA on Monday, March 31, 2014.
These training sessions will focus on how to facilitate roster verification for your district, reconcile any teacher-student linkage issues, and support, monitor, and review teacher completion of their rosters. Principals who have never been through the roster verification process are encouraged to attend.
When registering for a training session, please indicate whether you are attending the morning 9–11 a.m. session or the afternoon 1–3 p.m. session. Please bring a fully charged laptop computer or iPad as well as school identification and school roster information. Space is limited per location, so please check STARS for registration limits.
