Session Description: 
Partnerships are critical to successful and vibrant STEM learning and teaching.  Take students and teachers out of the classroom, and bring the STEM world in.  Learn and network about creative, resourceful, concrete ways to identify and engage community partners, and hear transferable examples of one school's success at relationship management.  
Presenter Bio:
Meg Draeger, founding CJ STEMM Coordinator at Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School since January 2009, has an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering and an MBA, and has worked with K-12 STEM education since 1998.  Prior to CJ, she worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at NCR Corporation, a Management Engineer at TriHealth, and Project Manager at Sinclair Community College.  At CJ, she oversees the implementation of their nationally certified Project Lead the Way Engineering and Biomedical Science programs, designs and leads summer STEMM camps for middle school students, coordinates community service and outreach of CJ STEMM, and serves as a resource for students, teachers, counselors, and parents in navigating the bounty of STEM opportunities in our region and beyond.  She thrives on building and maintaining relationships that enable connections between educators and students and STEM employers and professionals.
