Session Description: 
Software and computers are everywhere, revolutionizing every field around us.  But the majority of schools don't teach computer science.  Code.org believes every student should have the opportunity to shape the 21st century and wants to turn this problem around.  In this session, you will have a chance to explore Code.org's curriculum offerings and learn how to bring CS to your classroom!  Code.org resources are intended for grades K-12.  
Presenter Bio:
Ann has over 20 years in the Tech industry where she has worked in a variety of areas including software development, database admin, web design, education and project management. She has her Bachelors in Computer Science from Ohio University and a Masters from Central Michigan. For the past 2 years she has been a Code.org Computer Science Fundamentals facilitator and is happy to now manage all initiatives to bring computer science education to every classroom in the Midwest and Southeast.
