Presenter Bio:
Chrysa Theodore is Vice President of Cornerstone Research Group (CRG), a technology development company located in Dayton, Ohio. CRG solves seemingly impossible challenges by creating groundbreaking materials, systems and manufacturing process with tangible, real-word application. Ms. Theodore joined CRG in 1998 as a Research Engineer and holds the distinction of CRG’s first full-time employee. She has strategic oversight and leadership responsibility over a broad range of technical and operational functions. She works closely with company leaders to resolve corporate issues associated with a rapidly changing and growing high tech business while nurturing CRG’s innovative and collaborative R&D culture. As a chemical engineer herself, Ms. Theodore volunteers her time to create student and teacher awareness of the variety of career opportunities available to the next-generation STEM workforce. She is an active Industry Fellow with the Dayton Regional STEM Center.
