The SGA has three different grants which can be used to support different initiatives across campus. These are the Talon Grant, the Environmental Mini-Grant, and the Green St. Mary's Revolving Fund (GSMURF).
The Talon Grant was created by the SGA as a way to provide funding for student initiatives across campus.
The Green St. Mary’s Revolving Fund (GSMRF) aims to support St. Mary’s College of Maryland in moving toward carbon neutrality, in accordance with the American College and University Presidents Climate Commitment.
The Environmental Mini-Grant program was created to support projects aimed at supporting our college's goal of moving towards carbon neutrality, but does not meet the pay-back requirement of GSMURF.
