Thanks to everyone that came out to the Relay For Life Kickoff! It was a huge success and a ton of fun!
What is Relay For Life?Relay for Life is a club at St. Mary's College of Maryland that works throughout the year to raise money for the American Cancer Society.
On March 1st, 2014, from 6pm-6am, St. Mary's will be hosting it's own Relay For Life event! The school and the community are all invited to this night-long event to help raise money to support those fighting cancer and cancer research. Members of your team will walk a track inside the ARC an stay up all night because cancer doesn't sleep! Relay For Life brings the community together to fight back against cancer! (No you do not have to run the entire night!)
What are some fun things to do at Relay?

Great American Smokeout: November 21st RFL will be tabling with Peer Health Educators to remind people that SMOKING IS BAD FOR YOU! We will have information on how to quit successfully as well as ribbons to remember those lost from lung cancer.
