Emailing Your Class Through the Portal

You are able to email the entire class using the following instructions:

  1. Log into the Portal at
  2. Click on the Faculty tab.

  3. Click on Course Info and Grading.
  4.  In the Faculty Schedule and Class Lists box, choose Class List from the drop down menu for the class you want to email.

  5. Select E-Mail All Students.

  6. Write the text of the email in the text editor, or copy and paste the text into the box from another application (such as Word).

  7. Click the Send button.

Please note:

You can also create a group in your email client so that you can send to the entire class from Outlook or Entourage.  Please let me know ( if you need help in creating groups.
