Description of positions:
Co-Directors (3)
•Guide vision, mission, and expansion of HRC / serve as liaison between leadership team, faculty advisor, and administration / oversee projects / direct operations / manage maintenance and operations.
•Weekly time commitment: 5-10 hours per week
•Currently held by: Greg, Trixie, Lauren, Alexis, John, Emily
•Position open to: MD students
•Bonus skills: leadership and management experience, knowledge of non-profits 

Technology Coordinator
•Recruit and organize volunteers / manage the HRC website / handle technology issues at clinic / manage the EHR.
•Weekly time commitment: 3-4 hours per week
•Currently held by: Greg
•Position open to: MD, MBA, MPH, MHA, psychology doctoral, medical family therapy doctoral, nursing, pharmacy, all Doisy graduate students
•Bonus skills: comfortable learning new computer programs 

Physician Coordinator
•Schedule physicians for clinics / keep physicians in the loop about the HRC.
•Weekly time commitment: 5-10 hours
•Currently held by: Alexis Webber
•Position open to: MD students
•Bonus skills: charismatic, highly organized 

Finance and Fundraising Coordinator
•Be responsible for finances of all HRC clinics / share responsibilities with fundraising leads / liaison between HRC and SLU finance office / process reimbursements / update annual budget / keep clinic supply inventory / order and deliver supplies.
•Weekly time commitment: 1-2 hours, but additional hours depending on fundraising commitments
•Position open to: MD students
•Bonus skills: good with finances

Community Outreach Coordinator
•Organize several health fairs in the community / conduct Leadership Advisory Board meetings / create clinic newsletter / work with SLU public relations to advertise / monitor patient satisfaction.
•Weekly time commitment: min. 3 hours
•Currently held by: Alexis, Lauren, Emily
•Position open to: MD, MBA, MPH, MHA, communication, psychology doctoral, medical family therapy doctoral, nursing, pharmacy, all Doisy graduate students
•Bonus skills: Leadership experience, knowledge of North St. Louis community resources

Patient Affairs Coordinator
•Coordinate with SLUH lab / follow patients post visit / work on health literacy with volunteers and patients/ referrals to SLUH.
•Weekly time commitment: variable, 2-4 hours
•Currently held by: John and Lauren
•Position open to: MD, PA, Pharmacy, Nursing students
•Bonus skills: health literacy understanding, knowledge of St. Louis health care systems 

Student Education Coordinator
•Plan and lead big M1 training / help coordinate phlebotomy trainings / create additional training opportunities throughout the year.
•Weekly time commitment: variable, 2-3 hours
•Currently held by: Emily
•Position open to: MD students
•Bonus skills: thorough HRC knowledge, experience teaching/tutoring

Interprofessional Coordinator
•Serve as point person for interprofessional team meetings / organize interprofessional services at clinics / address concerns of student leads from all professions.
•Weekly time commitment: variable, 2 hours
•Currently held by: Alexis
•Position open to: MD, MBA, MPH, MHA, communication, psychology doctoral, medical family therapy doctoral, nursing, pharmacy, all Doisy graduate students
•Bonus skills: broad knowledge of health care professions

Phlebotomy Coordinator
•Organize the lab / coordinate phlebotomy training sessions / establish phlebotomy protocols / organize vaccine shipments and reimbursement.
•Weekly time commitment: min. 2 hours
•Currently held by: Trixie
•Position open to: MD, MBA, MPH, MHA, psychology doctoral, medical family therapy doctoral, nursing, pharmacy, all Doisy graduate students with phlebotomy experience
•Required skills: prior phlebotomy training

Clinic Manager
•Clinic managers will have a training additional to their specific job in order to learn how to run clinics.

Chart Review
•Supervise review of patient charts with a team of undergraduates / ensure important patient care items aren’t missing / recommend referrals and follow up.
•Monthly time commitment: 4 hours
•Currently held by: Adam Thompson-Harvey and James Williams
•Position open to: MD students
•Bonus skills: experience with medical charts

Heart Health Clinic
•Train medical student volunteers for clinic / schedule patients appointments / manage clinic and follow up / maintain supportive outreach to patients in between clinics.
•Weekly time commitment: 8 hours during clinic week, 1-2 hours other weeks
•Currently held by: Kena Vyas and Lyndsey Hunter
•Position open to: MD students
•Bonus skills: motivational interviewing and preventative health interest / background 

Diabetes Clinic
•Train medical student “health coaches” for clinic / schedule patients appointments / coordinate patient blood draws the weekend before clinic / manage clinic and follow up / maintain supportive outreach to patients in between clinics.
•Weekly time commitment: 10 hours during clinic week, 1-2 hours other weeks
•Currently held by: Michael Baltes and Lyndsey Hunter
•Position open to: MD students
•Bonus skills: basic knowledge of diabetes, motivational interviewing or health education interest/background

Fundraising Lead
•Organize and run: annual HRC Auction (food, PR, business appropriations, corporate donations) [Jan] / annual Westfall Party [May] / Welcome Week Banquet [Aug] / raffles / profit shares
•Weekly time commitment: varies with fundraising events, 0- 30 hours (rare)
•Currently held by: Kanika, Katie, Anh, Amanda
•Position open to: MD, MBA, MPH, MHA, communication, psychology doctoral, medical family therapy doctoral, nursing, pharmacy, all Doisy graduate students
•Bonus skills: ability to sell, charisma
•Note: will share responsibilities with the Finance and Fundraising Coordinator
